Mano has been training for over 14 years while also partaking in boxing and being part of his local soccer team. His passion for health and fitness, and love for helping people, led him to take that next step. His focus is to work one-on-one with individuals or in group to educate, motivate and coach them based on their short and long-term goals. Whilst strength and conditioning training will be used to train a client’s body, training one’s mind to develop self-discipline will be the lifestyle change they were looking for.
